MMC Health & Wellness Center in Norwalk, CT began as a simple idea - a clinic that would focus on people as individuals, not just numbers on a chart. Founded by an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse with more than 17 years in adult medicine and primary care, MMC originally opened its doors as MMC Nursing LLC. Over time, we expanded our services to meet the needs of the community, including medical weight management, metabolic health, and veterans' evaluations. Every step of our growth has centered on building real relationships and delivering care that moves each person forward. Our philosophy is simple: long-term health starts with trust, clinical expertise, and care plans that fit real lives - not one-size-fits-all protocols.
